WEEK 17

Class Update
Here are few quick reminders about what is going on in Room 12:
* This week will be finishing James and the Giant Peach.
* We will also be learning about the origins of Hannukah, Kwanzaa and Christmas together.
* Next, Room 12 will be deciding which region of the world we will donate money for chickens, goats, etc.
* We will continue our study about rocks and minerals when we learn about the rock cycle this week. There will be a test on Friday, December 21st. I will send home a study guide next Monday.
* Thanks to Kevin Jeffery, we will be going on a field trip to the Granite Rock Quarry in Aromas on Thursday, December 20th. I will be sending home the permission slips and driver request forms.
