Last of Week of the Year!

Class Update
Wow! The year has flown by thus far and boy, do we have a busy week coming up. On Monday I will be sending home a study guide for our Science Test on Rocks/Minerals and the Rock Cycle on Thursday. On Wednesday our class will be taking a bus to see The Beauty and the Beast Play at Aptos Jr. High. On Thursday we will be heading to Granite Rock in Aromas at about 8:45 a.m. to get some hands-on experience with rocks and minerals. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD WEARS CLOSED-TOE SHOES ON THIS TRIP. On Friday our class will be participating in a Christmas Sing-a-long in the cafeteria at 9:30 a.m. We will also be having a White Elephant Gift Exchange Game and small class party during lunch time. Please have your child bring a gift for both boys and girls that is no more than $15. Finally, we will be collecting the money for the Heifer International Charity and sending it off. Please encourage your child to take any Accelerated Reading Quizzes prior to the break so the can retain what they read about. See you at school!
