Class Update
This week our first full of week of school together begins! We will begin our week by reading a story from our core literature entitled: Akiak. It is a story about dog named Akiak who runs in the Iditarod Race in Alaska. We will also begin our Daily Oral Language Grammar program each morning. On Fridays we will take assessments in Spelling/Language and Math to review what we learned together. Each Monday morning we will take a pre-test in Spelling. Students will study the words over the week and take the final test on Friday. In Science we will be begin our new unit of study in Electricity and Magnetism using our new books! Each Monday I will send home our papers in the green folder.
