Week 13 - Last Week of the Trimester
Wow! We are already 1/3 of the way through this school year. Time flies when you are learning a lot AND having fun. ; > )
Learning Update
- This week we will be having our Social Studies Explorers test on Thursday, November 9th.
- 4th Graders will be writing their rough drafts on World War II this week in class and at home.
- We will be learning how to write a five-paragraph essay consisting of an introduction paragraph, three body paragraphs and a concluding paragraph.
Class News
- We will be attending an assembly on Thursday about "Fun with Physics."
- Report cards will be sent home on Friday, November 17th.
- Our next field trip is in December when we see a play at Aptos Jr. High School.
- 5th grade students are doing their newsgroup stories every other Monday. Their next one is due on Monday, November 13th.
